De bedrijfsvoeringsorganisatie West-Betuwe gaat gebruik maken van een Dynamisch aankoopsysteem (DAS) https://www.bvowb.nl/inhuurdesk (website). Door het instellen van een DAS beogen de bedrijfsvoeringsorganisatie en haar partners invulling te geven aan de behoefte aan de tijdelijk inhuur van extern personeel. Het DAS wordt gebruikt voor de inhuur van extern personeel op basis van inspanningsverplichting (en dus niet advies/resultaatopdrachten).
Het DAS is ingericht naar de volgende categorie indeling:
— bestuurlijk domein,
— sociaal domein,
— publiek domein,
— openbare orde en veiligheid,
— ondersteunend personeel,
— bedrijfsvoering,
