Description

The subject of this consultation is the provision of telecommunications services for the purposes of the municipality of Corbeil-Essonnes only for Lot 1 relating to subscription, communications and associated services for self-switches, isolated lines, telephony and mobile data. This contract is a framework agreement on order forms, in accordance with Article 78 of Decree No 2016-360 of 25 March 2016. It is concluded without an annual minimum amount and with the following maximum annual amount: EUR 330 000 excluding tax The contract has been awarded for a period of 2 years from the date of its notification and is then expressly renewable once for a further period of 2 years, up to a maximum of 4 years. The applicable procedure is the open tendering procedure carried out pursuant to Article 42 (1) (a) of Order No 2015-899 of 23 July 2015 and Articles 67 and 78 of Decree No 2016-360 of 25 March 2016.
