Description

Ежедневно приготвяне и доставяне на храна в опаковки за еднократна употреба, собственост на Изпълнителя, след получена от Възложителя писмена заявка по диети за стационарно болни на „УМБАЛ БУРГАС”АД, изготвяна съгласно „Сборник рецепти за диетични ястия за заведенията за обществено хранене и лечебно – профилактичните заведения, изд. 1984г. на МЗ; НАРЕДБА №1/22.01.2018г. на Министъра на здравеопазването за физиологичните норми на хранене на населението, при спазване грамажа на порциите, вкусовите качества, технологичните изисквания за приготвяне на диетични храни и добър външен вид и изискванията за хигиена и качество на храната съобразно нормите за болнично хранене. Прогнозен брой средно дневен брой менюта – 250. Храната се доставя на крайните потребители – офисите на отделенията в болницата в опаковки за еднократна употреба, при спазване на следния часови график: Закуска – от 6:30ч. до 7:00ч.; Обяд - от 11:00ч. до 11:40ч; Вечеря - от 16:30ч до 17:30ч.. Подготвяната храна за пациенти включва пълно дневно меню, състоящо се от закуска, обяд и вечеря. Към всяка диета се предвижда и необходимото количество хляб.
