Description

The urban design of the planning office MRA, Stuttgart was the winner of the design competition for the redesign of the Zincoli site. On this basis, the new development must be planned and structurally implemented. In order to ensure the best possible implementation of the planning ideas, the office MRA, Stuttgart was commissioned with the property planning for the outdoor facilities in accordance with § 39 HOAI. Further planning services must be carried out in close coordination with the MRA office. For further planning services for development in accordance with B175 "Gewerbepark Zincoli-Gelände", this service was advertised.
