Description

The purpose of this procurement is to conclude a framework contract for the purchase of meat and meat products for the period 01.02.2025-31.01.2029. The framework contract will be awarded to up to three qualified tenderers who have submitted an admissible tender for the period 01.02.2025-31.01.2029. If the conclusion of the contract is delayed (e.g. due to a challenge), the performance of the contract starts at the time additionally agreed by the parties and lasts for 4 (four) years from the starting date or until the maximum total value of the framework contract is reached, whichever comes first. In order to award contracts on the basis of a framework agreement, the contracting authority organises reopening of competitions between the partners of the framework agreement. The period of each specific contract shall be announced when the reopening of competition is launched. The same applies throughout the duration of the FWC.
