Description

Beställaren avser att handla upp ett ramavtal med en samarbetspartner (en entreprenör) avseende energieffektiviseringsprojekt i samverkan för upp till 30 (10+20) fastigheter. Avtalet kan komma att innefatta följande 3 faser för respektive fastighet:
Fas 1: Inventering, energikartläggning och åtgärdsförslag
Fas 2: Projektering och genomförande av åtgärdsförslag
Fas 3: Ev. uppföljning av energi
Åtgärderna kan exempelvis avse förbättrade installationer och/eller klimatskal.
I detta första steg ansöker intresserade leverantörer om att i nästa steg bjudas in och få lämna anbud.
