Le marché concerne la réalisation de missions de maîtrise d'oeuvre à exécuter relatives à la conception et la réalisation de travaux de réhabilitation et la sécurisation des ouvrages d'eau potable de la CIVIS. Les missions confiées au maître d'oeuvre sont une phase de diagnostic (DIA) complétée de missions témoins (AVP, PRO, ACT, DET, VISA, AOR). De plus, il est prévu différentes missions complémentaires comme ci-après.
