Description

The subject matter of this contract contract covers the following activities: Activity No 1: Assessment of the compliance of investment projects with the essential requirements for construction works of a work phase; Activity No 2: Performing the functions of construction supervision within the meaning of the ZUT to the extent and scope of the requirements of the applicable legislation in Bulgaria; The objective to be achieved by the award of this contract is the conclusion of a Framework Agreement which does not set out all the conditions, with potential contractors, for the award of procurement contracts for the implementation of Actions 1 and 2. On the basis of the outcome of this procedure, a Framework Agreement will be concluded with the persons designated as potential contractors. Specific contracts will be awarded on the basis of Article 93b (3) of the Public Procurement Act, after a written invitation has been sent to all persons under it.
