Description

By conducting this procedure, the aim is to select a Contractor to carry out freight transport/transport of scenery and equipment for the performances of the TMPC on the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria and beyond, in EU or non-EU countries related to the work of the Contracting Authority during touring, tours, the participant and if necessary. The vehicles transport decor, scenery, props, wardrobe, musical instruments, lighting, sound and other theatrical, opera and ballet equipment. Theatrical and operatic decor is voluminous in size, but lightweight (the weight of the decor is not large). The inventory of the production is loaded in trucks most often from the Warehouse of TMPC-Varna and/or from another place determined by the Contracting Authority, a few days (2 days) before the announced date for the performance and is unloaded a few days (2 days) after returning from the tour. These conditions are specified in the assignment letter / request to the Contractor for each tour / visit / tour. The truck (decoration) with the busy decor is constantly throughout the tour with the team of TMPC-Varna. Order volume: the average annual volume of transport services is about 30 000 km.
