Full name: Integrating imaging diagnostic devices and related equipment into publicly funded care - Huniko According to Act LXXXIII of 1997 on the Benefits of Compulsory Health Insurance, a CT-MRI examination carried out directly by a state-owned healthcare service provider, a clinical centre, a healthcare service provider owned or maintained by a church legal entity, a local government-owned healthcare service provider or a private healthcare service provider providing gap-filling public services may be performed as part of health insurance for diagnostic purposes from 1 November 2024 and from 1 November 2025 at the latest, in the interest of care, and a financing contract may only be concluded with the listed healthcare service provider for the performance of these activities. On the basis of the above, the Contracting Authority wishes to purchase 12 imaging diagnostic devices and other equipment organically connected to them and necessary for their operation, owned by HUNIKO Healthcare Services Limited Liability Company, under a sales contract (hereinafter: tools). The deadline for the transfer and receipt of assets is 1 November 2025, with training sessions to be completed by 30 November 2025. The detailed list of assets and specifications are set out in the Technical Description and the Draft Contract as part of the Public Procurement Documents.
