Description

Der Landkreis Lörrach beabsichtigt gem. Art 5 Abs. 3 VO EG 1370/2007 zum 11.12.2022 für das Linienbündel Hochrhein einen öffentlichen Dienstleistungsauftrag im Sinne der VO 1370/07 in Form einer Dienstleistungskonzession (Nettovertrag) mit einer voraussichtlichen Laufzeit bis zum Fahrplanwechsel im Dezember 2027 zu vergeben. Das Linienbündel besteht aus den Linien:
— 7301 Bad Säckingen- Rheinfelden-Grenzach-Wyhlen-Lörrach-Basel,
— 7302 Rheinfelden Realschule – Schopfheim Busbahnhof,
— 7304 Lörrach Gewerbeschule – Rheinfelden Busbahnhof,
— 7307 Schopfheim Busbahnhof – Rheinfelden Busbahnhof bzw. Wyhlen OT,
— 7313 Schopfheim Busbahnhof – Schwörstadt Oberdorf.
Die im Rahmen des zu schließenden Vertrags neben dem Fahrplanumfang (Stand 11.3.2020) zur Sicherstellung einer ausreichenden Verkehrsbedienung zu beachtenden qualitativen und betrieblichen Vorgaben ergeben sich u.a aus den Festsetzungen der Nahverkehrsplans des Landkreis Lörrach (Stand 11.3.2020). Hinsichtlich der Qualitativen Standards ist vor allem Kapitel 5, hinsichtlich des Fahrplanumfangs Anlage 2 zu beachten.
