Implementation of the General Traffic Measurement (GPR) 2025 on provincial roads administered by the Provincial Road Administration in Bydgoszcz was divided into 6 parts: 2.1. Part 1 – concerns the Inowrocław WFD, 2.2. Part 2 – concerns the Toruń WFD, 2.3. Part 3 – concerns the Tuchola WFD, 2.4. Part 4 – concerns Wąbrzeźno WFD, 2.5. Part 5 – concerns the Włocławek WFD, 2.6. Part 6 – concerns the Żołędowo WFD. The measurement consists in recording the movement of vehicles passing through the cross-roads within the prescribed measurement dates (referred to later in the study as: measurement cross-section), including on roads for bicycles and for pedestrians and bicycles separated from the roadway, taking into account the division into categories of vehicles.
