The subject of the contract in task II is the collection and management of municipal waste collected selectively at the Point of Separate Collection of Municipal Waste located on the premises of Wodna Sp. z o.o., Szarlej 18, and the equipment of the point and other places specified by the Ordering Party in the appropriate number and types of containers for the collection of municipal waste: 1) paper - code 20 01 01, 15 01 01; 2) metals and plastics, - code 20 01 39, 15 01 02, 15 01 05, 15 01 04, 20 01 40; 3) glass - code 20 01 02, 15 01 07; 4) biodegradable waste and bio-waste - 20 01 08, 20 02 01; 5) expired medicines – 20 01 32; 6) chemicals - 20 01 28, 20 01 30; 7) needles and syringes - ex 20 03 99; 8) waste batteries and accumulators - 20 01 34; 9) waste electrical and electronic equipment - 20 01 36; 10) furniture and other bulky waste - 20 03 07; (11) worn tyres – 16 01 03; 12) construction and demolition waste - 17 01 01, 17 01 02, 17 01 03, 17 01 07; 13) waste paper - 17 03 80; 14) textiles and clothing - ex 20 01 10, 20 01 11; 15) ashes - ex 20 03 99; 2. The subject of the contract in task III is the collection and management of municipal waste from uninhabited real estate belonging to the Municipality of Kruszwica collected in containers and containers placed in public places specified in Annex 4 to the model contract. 2. The Contractor undertakes to collect municipal waste on the Customer's telephone notification. The contractor is obliged to remove impurities from the area around the containers after each emptying and to remove the emptied containers to their permanent location.
