Description

Specialområde Socialpsykiatri Voksne (SVO) ønsker at opføre et bæredygtigt byggeri, som fremtidssikrer det eksisterende botilbud, Tangkær.
Flere af de eksisterende boligerne lever ikke op til socialtilsynets og Region Midtjyllands standard om, at et længerevarende botilbud til voksne som udgangspunkt består af to værelser, toilet/bad og et (te)køkken. Formålet er samtidig at fremtidssikre Tangkær i forhold til at kunne rumme flere borgere med udadreagerende adfærd og større behov for skærmning.
Når byggeprojektet står færdigt, skal der fremover være i alt 62 boliger på Tangkær (20 boliger,afdeling HS (Huntingtons Sygdom)/42 boliger afdeling SP (Social-psykiatri)).
