Description

La ville de Port-de-Bouc, porteur de projet, pilote la mise en œuvre d'un projet d'envergure, comportant:
— la construction d'un grand projet immobilier, avec un portage mixte éventuel, sur une réserve foncière de plusieurs milliers de mètres carrés. Une attention particulière sera portée au signal architectural du bâtiment ainsi qu'à son niveau d'innovation énergétique;
— la co-création de sociétés de développement et de gestion des activités diverses, et un appel à projet à destination des opérateurs privés;
— la co-création d'un centre d'interprétation du patrimoine;
— la création d'un nouveau service d'accompagnement des PME et start-up du territoire, au sein d'un espace Fab-Lab à rayonnement métropolitain et régional;
— l'accompagnement à la création de nouvelles entreprises d'économie sociale et solidaire pour la gestion des activités de restauration, conciergerie.
