l'Île d'arz est une commune de Golfe du Morbihan Vannes Agglomération (G.M.V.A.) qui compte 227 habitants permanents (sources Insee 2019) répartis sur 3,5 km².
G.m.v.a. A conçu une ligne de transport public terrestre interne à l'île (ligne 30 du réseau Kicéo) exploitée avec un minibus (+ un autre de réserve).
L'objet de ce marché est de faire exploiter cette ligne par un opérateur spécialisé à partir du 1er avril 2024.
