Description

Support, training and change guidance in the implementation of the SAP project for the UZ Ghent.
UZ Ghent aims to further modernise its business operation. The choice and implementation of a state-of-the-art ERP package is an important step in this process. The new ERP package (SAP) should support business information flows and processes within the UZ Ghent business support and other relevant sectors. The business support sector consists of the departments of Human Resources and Organisation (P, O), Finance, Information and Communication Technology (ICT) and Facility Management (covering procurement and freight logistics). In a first phase, only the financial and procurement processes will be implemented. The SAP package will also have the necessary intelligent interfaces with other UZ Ghent applications. In the next phases, the system should be able to support the other facility processes (such as stockpile management), Human Resources processes and business intelligence (enterprise performance management). In addition, the GSP package should ensure that the management and management of the UZ Ghent has accurate reporting. The new ERP package will fit into a new vision of a management information system (MIS) and will thus be an integral part of the hospital information system (ZIS). In addition to the ERP and the MIS, the Clinical Information System (KIS) is part of the ZIS.
The UZ Ghent is looking for a partner under this SAP project to support, provide training and change guidance before and during the go-live periods. The first entry into service of the first phase of the productive GSP system is scheduled for 1.1.2012.
