Przedmiotem zamówienia jest odbiór, transport i zagospodarowanie wszystkich rodzajów odpadów komunalnych od właścicieli nieruchomości położonych w granicach administracyjnych Gminy Iwierzyce, na których zamieszkują mieszkańcy w okresie od 01. 01.2022 r. do 31.12.2022 r., w sposób zapewniający osiągnięcie odpowiednich poziomów recyklingu i przygotowania do ponownego użycia odpadów komunalnych i ograniczenia masy odpadów komunalnych ulegających biodegradacji przekazywanych do składowania, zgodnie z obowiązującymi przepisami w tym zakresie .
