Poland-Warsaw: Training services
(1) The subject matter of the contract is services relating to the preparation and implementation of specialised training and training programmes for the provision and exploitation of shale gas, which are scheduled to last 8 weeks. The programmes are intended for Polish scientists/researchers with at least a degree of engineer, master of engineer, carrying out research in the technical disciplines of geophysics, mining and engineering geology, oil and gas engineering, in particular oil geology, drilling, oil mining and gas engineering, as well as doctoral candidates and graduates of higher education in the above-mentioned speciality. 3 programmes are expected to be carried out in the 3 rd-4th quarter of 2015. Participants have a smooth oral and written English language knowledge. The programmes are implemented as part of a systemic project of the HC OP entitled ‘Establish and implement a system of training and internships in nuclear power and shale gas exploration technologies’;
(2) the contract is awarded in three lots, each comprising one training and training programme;
(3) The maximum total number of programme participants for all lots is 120;
(4) each training and training programme shall provide for a maximum of:
Lot I – 40 participants,
Lot II – 40 participants,
Lot III – 40 participants.
3. The detailed description of the subject-matter of the contract for lots I, II and III is set out in Annex 1 to the ToR. The General Conditions of the Contract for lots I,II,III are set out in Annex 2 to the ToR.
