Description

The subject of the contract is the collection and management of municipal waste from the Dąbrówka Commune, in particular: 1. Collection and management of municipal waste from real estate on which residents live, from real estate on which residents do not live and waste is generated (public institutions), from the point of separate collection of municipal waste, hereinafter referred to as PSZOK (without conducting, collection and management of waste itself), and collection and management of waste from the liquidation of wild dumps. The Contractor is obliged to collect the waste indicated in this description and to manage it in accordance with the law. 2. The Ordering Party shall settle with the Contractor for each 1 Mg of collected and managed municipal waste. 3. The Ordering Party shall make available to the Contractor at the signing of the contract and 5 working days before the planned date of commencement of the contract for the collection and management of municipal waste in the Municipality of Dąbrówka an up-to-date list of properties from which waste should be collected and properties that have declared to have a composter. This list will be updated once a month. The contractor shall be prohibited from taking bio-waste from properties that have declared composting bio-waste.
