Description

The subject of the contract is the collection and management of municipal waste from the area of the Commune of Dąbrówka and in particular: 1. Collection and management of municipal waste from properties on which residents live, from properties on which residents do not live and waste is generated (public institutions), from a separate collection point for municipal waste, hereinafter referred to as PSZOK (without conducting, the collection and management of waste itself), and collection and management of waste from the disposal of wild landfills. The Contractor is obliged to collect the waste indicated in this description and to manage it in accordance with the law. 2. The Ordering Party shall settle accounts with the Contractor for each 1 Mg of collected and managed municipal waste. 3. The Ordering Party shall make available to the Contractor at the time of signing the contract and 5 working days before the planned date of commencement of the contract for the collection and management of municipal waste in the Commune of Dąbrówka an up-to-date list of properties from which waste should be collected and properties that have declared having a composter. This list will be updated once a month. The contractor is prohibited from collecting bio-waste from properties that have declared composting bio-waste.
