The markets resulting from this consultation are supplementary to the current framework agreements in force.
The profiles sought are for example:
Commercial project manager (retail function), asset management, information system manager, accounting officer, accounting officer, accounting officer, consolidation officer, operational management controller, business manager, expert management auditor, financial studies officer, pay-account auditor, tax payer.
The contracts resulting from this consultation will be awarded to a minimum of 2 contractors and a maximum of 3 tenants.
The procedures for allocating each order form between the various holders are as follows:
The order form will be awarded to the contractor ranked first at the end of this consultation. If the jobholder is unable to propose an interim staff member, the order form will be awarded to the second contractor at the end of this consultation. If the contractor ranked second cannot propose an interim staff member and the contract has been awarded to a third contractor, the order form will be awarded to the latter contractor.
The framework agreement referred to in point II.1.3 will be carried out in the form of order forms.
These markets will expire on 31.12.2012 regardless of their starting date. The duration of these contracts will therefore be 18 months, provided that they start in July 2011.
