Description

The framework agreement for the supply of literature, periodicals and supplementary supplies for the building management of Schleswig-Holstein AöR (GMSH) with only one supplier expired on 2 November 2012.
In addition to the supply of literature, commercial service services must be provided. The services must be provided in German. The new framework agreement will run for 2 years. The contract started on 3.11.2012 and ends on 2.11.2014. The contract shall be renewed automatically for a further period of one year, unless the contract is terminated with 3 months’ notice before the end of the contract. However, the total duration of the contract is limited to a maximum of 4 years.
The current stock of subscriptions includes around 100 additional deliveries and about 100 specialist journals.
In the course of 2011, some 340 specialist books were ordered. The contract volume for 2011 was estimated at around EUR 100000.
The tenderer was required to comply with the provisions of the Act on the price maintenance of books when submitting the tender.
