It is for the CACP to associate the services of a service provider in the management, maintenance and upkeep of the reception facilities for Travellers. Five reception areas are currently in operation for a total of 132 caravan places, as well as 8 plots of rental family land for a total of 32 caravan places. The tasks to be carried out are as follows: ensure the reception of users, the proper functioning of equipment, administrative, financial (including management of the imprest account for the collection of flat-rates/fees) and technical management, including the maintenance of collective spaces and internal circulation and the maintenance of equipment, as well as coordination between the various occupants, stakeholders and stakeholders.
