The subject of the contract is: Supply of medical equipment: Project co-financed under the Programme ‘Modernisation and reconstruction of the Cardiac Surgery Unit’, co-financed by the State budget from Part 46 – Health: Zad. 1 – Counter-pulsation pump Zad. 2 – Respirator Zad. 3 – Transport ventilator Zad. 4 – Bedside X-ray machine Zad. 5 – Heating and cooling apparatus Zad. 6 – Ultrasound apparatus Zad. 7 – Ultrasound apparatus Zad. 8 – Oxymeter Zad. 9 – Zad. 10 – The contracting authority’s operating lamp allows partial tenders to be submitted. The parts of the contract are the individual tasks defined above, i.e. tasks 1 to 10. The Contracting Authority informs that the Contractor may submit an offer up to a maximum of 10 tasks. (without limiting the number of tasks per Contractor). A detailed description of the subject of the contract is contained in Annex 2b and 5 to the FTZ.
