Przedmiotem zamówienia jest wykonanie projektu architektoniczno – budowlanego ze wszystkimi wymaganymi dokumentami i uzgodnieniami oraz uzyskaniem pozwolenia na budowę, stanowiącego I Etap wykonania dokumentacji projektowej zamierzenia inwestycyjnego w zakresie rozbudowy istniejącego Szpitala o Budynek Centrum Ambulatoryjno – Zabiegowego połączony z istniejącymi budynkami Szpitala. Szczegółowy Opis Przedmiotu Zamówienia został określony w Programie Funkcjonalno-Użytkowym stanowiącym załącznik nr 1 do SWZ.
