The contracting authority is under no obligation to declare (order) the whole quantity and/or all nomenclatures. Within the term of the contract, the Assignor, depending on his current needs, will declare the necessary quantities of goods until the estimated value is reached. The contracting authority reserves the right, if necessary: - to change the quantities of goods specified in the Technical Specification in accordance with its needs; - to refuse the delivery of certain types of goods included in the specification in the event of a change in the regulatory framework, suspension of production, structural changes in the Military Medical Academy, as well as in the event of the elimination of the need to provide a specified type of goods; - to declare new species that are not included in the technical specification but are in fulfilment of the subject of the public procurement; * New species means: upon suspension of production and/or import of the offered goods, which are equivalent to the types of goods included in the Technical Specification and meet the requirements of the Contracting Authority.
