Description

The municipality of Almere has found that there is a great need for services to young people from a FACT team. There is currently no agreement for this within the regular youth aid purchase. The municipality intends to conclude an agreement with Pluryn for this purpose and considers that it can use the negotiated procedure without prior notice on the basis of 2.32 AW. The municipality makes this publication on the basis of Article 4.16 of the AW in the event that there are market parties who would object to the conclusion of the agreement with Pluryn. For further explanation, the municipality of Almere refers to the appendix.
