Description

Public prior information notice pursuant to Article 7(2) of Regulation (EC) No 1370/2007 and Section 8a(2) of the PBefG. In accordance with Article 5(1) of Regulation (EC) No 1370/2007 in conjunction with Section 8a(1) of the Passenger Transport Act, the Zweckverband Öffentlicher Personennahverkehr on the territory of the Regionalverband Saarbrücken (ZPRS) intends to award a public service contract on 1 April 2027 for the provision of transport services on bus line 142 in a competitive procedure with an expected duration until 31 December 2034. Pursuant to the third sentence of Paragraph 8a(2) in conjunction with Paragraph 13(2a)(2) et seq. of the PBefG, traffic requirements are laid down with regard to timetables, transport charges and standards. These requirements are summarised in supplementary documents (cf. Section 8a(2), fifth sentence, of the PBefG). These contain essential requirements within the meaning of the third sentence of Paragraph 13(2a) et seq. of the PBefG.
