Die Gemeiende Lahnau verpachtet eine Windvorrangfläche ebenso ist Hessen Forst als Eigentümer einer benachbarten Fläche bereit , diese für Windenergieanlagen zu verpachten (Anlage Plan) Auf der verpachteten Fläche sind Windenergieanlagen zu errichten. Ziel ist eine optimierte Flächenausnutzung. Planung, Errichtung und Betrieb übernimmt der Konzessionsnehmer. Näheres ist den beigefügten Vergabeunterlagen zu entnehmen.
