Description

Occupational medical services, which ensure the health surveillance of employees as well as the employer's counseling regarding the health status of employees, medical services regarding the medical and psychological examination of staff with duties in transport safety and medical services based on subscription for employees of CMTEB S.A. for maintaining the health status and preventing staff illnesses, within the company's strategy of continuous development of human resource quality. Deadlines for submitting/responding to requests for clarifications/additional information: A. In accordance with Article 172(1) of Law No 99/2016, as amended, the deadline by which any interested economic operator has the right to request clarifications or additional information in relation to the tender documentation is 20 days before the deadline for the submission of tenders. B. In accordance with Article 172(2) of Law No 99/2016, as amended, the contracting entity shall respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification/additional information on the 12th day before the deadline set for the submission of tenders. C. In accordance with Article 29(3) of Government Decision No 394/2016, as amended, the contracting entity states that it will respond only to requests for clarifications from economic operators by the deadline set.
