This contract concerns the implementation of a framework agreement with order forms for technical assistance for polluted sites and soils and is broken down as follows: - carrying out environmental investigations of all types (soils, water, sediments, gas) for laboratory analyses and interpreting these data in the context of the ministerial circular on polluted sites and soils - carrying out a debris management diagnosis as part of a project involving the carrying out of earthworks (removal of retention, implementation of HSDs, etc.); - Carrying out studies enabling the identification of management solutions (PG) and, if necessary, their sizing (PCT piloting). - The assembly of the consultation file (ACT) and then the management of the works (DET) as well as the carrying out of the associated control/receipt operations. - Completion of health risk calculations, at the management plan stage and/or after the rehabilitation works (see IEM). - Formalisation of the environmental administrative certificates to be sent to the administration (CERFA, ATTES, SIS/SUP, Piezometer declaration, etc.). - Synthesis of existing bibliographic data (previous diagnoses, followed by aquifers, abatement report) to identify and update the challenges of a site; - Any associated consultancy and/or expertise and/or communication services.
