Description

(1) The subject matter of this contract is to take out a long-term bank loan of: PLN 5000000,00 (in words: PLN 5 million) to finance the budget deficit of the municipality of Koluszki;
(2) the loan will be released at the request of the contracting authority two days in advance. The day following the signature of the contract shall be the date on which the credit is placed at the disposal of the contracting authority. The credit will be taken on a date adapted to the contracting authority’s current needs, i.e. between 12.12.2019 and 31.12.2019;
(3) The contracting authority reserves the right not to use the full amount of credit without any additional financial burden, but the amount of the loan taken out shall not be less than: PLN 2000000,00 (in words: PLN 2 million);
(4) the servicing of the loan will relate to the actual amount of the loan drawn up;
(5) the funds from the bank loan will be transferred to the account of the municipality of Koluszki.
