The contracting authority shall carry out the procurement procedure for the contributory organisations it has set up and for itself. The list of delegating contracting authorities is attached as Annex No 01_1 to these tender specifications. Individual delegating contracting authorities are so-called authorised customers within the meaning of Act No 458/2000 on business conditions and the exercise of state administration in the energy sectors (the Energy Act), as amended (hereinafter referred to as the ‘Energy Act’).
