Poland-Warsaw: Natural risks or hazards protection services
The subject of the contract are maintenance works on rivers located on the premises of the Management Board of the Warsaw Basin.
The scope of the contract includes, among others:
• manual shearing and grubbing-up of the average density of bushes and lining,
• demolition of beaver piercings,
• manual mowing of lichens from slopes and banks of watercourses,
• mechanical mowing of lichen from the slopes and shoulders of the watercourse,
• removing congestion from the slopes and the river bed,
• mowing lichens manually from the bottom of the watercourse,
• cleansing from mudslides and other contaminants,
• Nature surveillance
Not all the above-mentioned works fall within the scope of every part of the contract.
Detailed scopes of work are specified individually for each part of the subject-matter of the contract in the ‘Tender Valuation Forms’, which, together with detailed descriptions of the subject-matter of the contract, a set of location maps, GIPs (common for all parts) and Appendix C, entitled: ‘List of good practices for contractors’ are set out in Annex 8 to the SWZ. The model contract is set out in Annex 6 to the SWZ.
