Description

Der Schulverband Aresing errichtet zur Bischof-Sailer Grund- und Mittelschule in Aresing ein Erweiterungsgebäude und einen Pavillon für Schulmensa und Ganztagsbetreuung. Die Sockelgeschosse der Baukörper werden in Stahlbeton ausgeführt, die darüber liegenden Stockwerke in Holzbauweise. Sichtbare Holz-Tragstrukturen spannen über die Klassenzimmer und Lernlandschaften. Das Äußere der Baukörper wird durch breite Balkone bzw. Umgänge geprägt, die als Fluchtweg und Aufenthaltsfläche dienen und vor übermäßiger Sonneneinstrahlung schützen. Die flachen Dächer werden begrünt. Beide Gebäude werden mittels einer Erdsonden-Wärmepumpe geheizt. Die Dächer werden mit PV-Paneelen zur Stromerzeugung ausgestattet. Im Zuge der Erweiterung werden die Freianlagen der Schule in weiten Teilen neugestaltet und erweitert.
