The provision of services by the SAPV pursuant to § 37b SGB V in conjunction with § 132 d SGB V on the basis of the guidelines on the regulation of special ambulant palliative care of the Joint Federal Committee and the framework contract on which the invitation to tender is based, within the period from 1 February 2019 to 31 January 2023, with the possibility of concluding contracts (open house model) for the supply area in Rhineland-Palatinate referred to in point II.2.3.
