Description

SERVICES OF PROFESSIONAL BUILDING SERVICES concerning the works contract: - Reconstruction of Mlija HQ and Jovuša shaft - Reconstruction of water supply connecting shafts (nodes) Omiš West Supervision services within the scope of this contract include professional supervision services in terms of the Construction Act (OG 153/13, 20/17, 39/19, 125/19), Act on Physical Planning and Construction Tasks and Activities (OG 78/15, 118/18, 110/19), Ordinance on the manner of conducting professional construction supervision, conditions and manner of keeping a construction diary and on the content of the final report of the supervising engineer (OG 131/21, 68/22) and other relevant acts valid for this type of buildings. Services also include the provision of services of occupational safety coordinators under the Occupational Safety and Health Act (OG 71/14, 118/14, 154/14 , 94/18, 96/18) and the Ordinance on occupational safety at temporary construction sites (OG 48/18).
