Germany-Witten: Works for complete or part construction and civil engineering work
The civil engineering works in the inner courtyard of the southern wing include the demolition of two parts of the building, with approximately 850 cbm converted space, three cellar exit staircases and various light shafts, excavation of approx. 850 cbm soil mass (BK 3-7), re-introduction of approx. 300 cbm bulkhead or HKS material for the creation of a crane foundation and pit, and securing the open-water pit. As part of the civil engineering works, the stoneware drainage pipes (approx. 50 m) and the inspection shaft in the inner courtyard will also be dismantled or broken down and replaced by new (PVC-KG pipes).
