Description

Tree inspections as a technically qualified inspection from the ground, according to the current FLL tree inspection directive. The tree control on large tree stands/wood stands shall be carried out and documented in the form of a negative control. Each tree is to be visually controlled individually and from all sides in the root, trunk and crown area. The total area to be examined is approximately 30,000,000 m ². The plots of land of the LMBV or land bound by contractual regulations, which have a woody stock, are usually to be checked once a year, alternating, once in the leafy and once in the unleafy state. The maximum period between inspections shall be 15 months and at least 6 months. After extreme weather events (e.g. storm, wet snow, ice rain) or accidents with tree participation, the client can instruct special controls for individual or all plots of land or in the event of accidents with tree participation, the specific tree must be checked. The contract is advertised as a framework agreement with on-demand services (contract). The commissioning and billing of the services takes place discontinuously as required via individual order (on demand) in the AVA@LMBV. The quantity estimates for the on-call services listed in the service catalogue are non-binding estimates. There is no entitlement to a minimum quantity or to the total quantities indicated. There are no claims from unearned levies due to unpaid calls. Surcharges (WuG, BGK, AGK) are remunerated exclusively in connection with the individual call-off. The services required in each case are ordered from the contractor by means of a written call-off from the customer. The benefits are to be invoiced on proof.
