The subject of the public contract is the supply of ready-made meals for the clients of the Elderly House in Valtice, including their transport to the place of performance, for an indefinite period of time, subject to the following conditions: • In accordance with the requirements of Act No. 108/2006 Coll., on Social Services, the aim of the contracting authority is to provide all-day meals for the clients of a home for the elderly. • The supplier is obliged to comply with Decree of the Ministry of Health No. 137/2004 Coll., on hygiene requirements for catering services and on principles of personal and operational hygiene in epidemiologically serious activities, as amended, and Regulation (EC) No. 852/2004 of the European Parliament and of the Council on food hygiene, in particular the requirement to meet the hygiene standard for the temperature at the handover of food. • In accordance with Decree No. 505/2006 Coll., the maximum possible payment for meals is 260,-CZK per day for a full-day meal, 120,-CZK per lunch, including operating costs related to the preparation of meals, food supply and VAT. The decree also applies to diabetic diets. • The diet must correspond to the nutritional needs of the elderly, their state of health (diet), age-appropriate, rational dietary principles and dietary needs (minimum 3 main meals), while diets and dietary standards should be prepared in such a way that the nutritional values of the diet correspond to the declared values in the dietary system with a 5% tolerance within one week. The Provider is obliged to comply with Decree No. 505/2006 Coll., the Decree implementing certain provisions of the Social Services Act, as amended. • The menu for the relevant week will be sent electronically by the Supplier to a predetermined e-mail address for 2 weeks in advance • The Supplier undertakes to ensure the preparation and import of meals in all-day and continuous mode, i.e. including Saturday, Sunday and public holidays. • Food will be imported 3 times a day – i.e. in the case of a hot dinner. • Meals will be imported twice a day – i.e. in the case of a cold dinner, with a maximum of 3 cold dinners per week (Wednesday, Saturday, Sunday). • Raw materials for the drinking regime will be supplied once a week, with the drinking regime included in the all-day diet.
