1. The subject-matter of the contract is the supply of heating diesel fuel for heating purposes, hereinafter referred to as ‘supply’. 2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is Section. XIX FTZ and Annex 5 to the FTZ. 3. The Contracting Authority allows the subcontractor to be entrusted with the performance of part of the contract. 6. The Contracting Authority requests the Contractor to indicate in the tender the parts of the contract which it will entrust to Subcontractors and to indicate the names of any Subcontractors, if they are already known. 7. Deadline for completion of the contract (in each task): from 8.00 to 15.00 on working days, within no more than 2 working days, counting from the day following the date of placing the order. 8. The contracting authority shall provide for the annulment of the procedure if the public funds which it intended to use to finance all or part of the contract have not been awarded. 9.
