UK-London: social work and related services
The Young People's Pathway is a range of accomodation based services. The main aims of the Pathway are:
— To respond to the needs of young people who are homeless and have support needs by providing them with a range of supported accomodation options and ensuring that they have a seamless journey towards living independently in the community,
— That young people will be suitably accomodated in borough; and,
— That young people have access to wrap around services.
All services aim to give young people good outcomes as they move towards living independently. The services aim to help young people make purposeful use of leisure time, engage in education, employment or training and avoid criminal or harmful activity.
