Description

Public service concession awarded pursuant to Articles L 1411-1 et seq. and R 1411-1 et seq. of the General Code of Territorial Communities and Articles L 3120-1 et seq. and R 3111-1 et seq. of the Code of Public Order. Concession passed for 7 years, from 2027 to 2033. Period of commercial exploitation: from 01/05 to 30/09 of each year at least and from 15/03 to 15/10 at most. The concessionaires will have to provide quality services to beach users and make investments, in accordance with the state/municipal specifications and the technical and architectural specifications. These required investments will necessarily have to be amortized over the 7 years of operation
