The municipality of Buggenhout wishes to optimise the design and interaction of various programmes of community facilities and public utility in the centre of Opstal. For this purpose, it is looking for a design team, which can be responsible for the study of different sub-projects in function of different stakeholders / customers within one project zone via a framework agreement. Although these sub-projects have their own programme of requirements, scope and concrete elaboration, it seems desirable to look for a certain uniformity in the broad sense. In this way, possible conflicts can be avoided or even coupling opportunities can be created in terms of program, design and implementation. The municipality of Buggenhout will act as a central purchasing body and is supported by the service-providing association DENDER, DURME en SCHELDE (DDS).
