Description

The subject of the contract is the construction of a school and pre-school team at ul. Gilarska – Phase I. The subject matter includes the construction of Stage I, i.e. a school building, consisting of 24 classrooms, workshops, street rooms, support rooms, administration rooms and a food block. The contracting authority shall provide for the possibility of awarding contracts consisting of the repetition of similar works referred to in Article 67. 1 pt. 6 of the PPL Act with a total value of up to PLN 21000000 gross, consisting of: wall masonry, concrete and concrete construction, room finishing (internal linings, painting, floors), installation of: sanitary, electrical, electricity and telecommunications, façade, roof covering, lighting, land use. The contract will be awarded on condition that the Contracting Authority has the necessary financial means. The contract awarded will be performed under the terms of the basic contract.
