Description

This consultation concerns services with a view to concluding a participation agreement for the implementation of supplementary health coverage for active and retired agents of the Saône-et-Loire Departmental Council from 1 January 2026. In accordance with Decree 2011-1474 of 8 November 2011 and its decrees, the purpose of this contract is to implement a participation agreement concerning the establishment of supplementary health coverage for active or retired agents of the Saône-et-Loire Departmental Council. Staff interested in this participation agreement are: - Permanent agents of the Departmental Council of Saône-et-Loire, - Non-permanent agents of the Departmental Council of Saône-et-Loire, - Retirees of the Departmental Council of Saône-et-Loire. The additional social protection guarantees requested (within the meaning of Article 2 of Decree No 2011-1474 of 8 November 2011) are: Risks of harm to the physical integrity of the person and risks related to motherhood, referred to as "health" risk. This consultation serves as a study order and releases the co-insurers from their obligations vis-à-vis the current aperitifs. No insurer or intermediary may claim any exclusivity or priority based solely on the principle of the priority of the referral of insurers which would be considered contrary to free competition.
