Description

The subject-matter of the contract includes the development of a comprehensive master plan, a conceptual investment project in accordance with the detailed design plan in force, the design visa and the design assignment, the preparation of high-quality three-dimensional images of the design solution (visualisations and presentations) in exterior and variability, as well as the preparation of a technical investment project for a new building on the property of the Multiprofile Hospital for Active Treatment ‘Saint Panteleimon – Plovdiv’ EOOD, in accordance with the terms of reference forming an integral part of this contract. Estimated total built-up area of the property - 33 906 m². Estimated total floor area of the building – 10 000 m². The estimated value of the contract is EUR 205 000.00 excluding VAT, the estimated value thus determined being capped. In this regard, a participant who offers in his tender a higher price than the estimated value will be excluded from participation in the procedure.
