Description

Es objeto del presente expediente de contratación los servicios de centro residencial y de viviendas con apoyos en el centro de alojamiento residencial especializado Txara 1 de San Sebastián, desde la perspectiva de la igualdad lingüística y de la igualdad de mujeres y hombres, según las condiciones fijadas en el pliego de prescripciones técnicas.
El objetivo general de todos los servicios incluidos en el presente contrato es prestar una atención personalizada a las personas usuarias respondiendo a sus necesidades psicosociales y asistenciales. Esta atención estará basada en la participación, la capacidad de elección y control del entorno, utilizando las actividades de la vida diaria como motor del desarrollo de sus capacidades cognitivas, funcionales y psico-sociales, para evitar los posibles efectos de agravamiento de la situación de dependencia que puede generar la institucionalización.
