Subject of the procurement: Performance of printing tasks – 2026/2027 in the following two parts: Part 1: Print production of 5 types of publications - Part 2 Print production of 3 types of publications Service order Quantity of the public procurement procedure: Part 1: Print production of 5 types of publications In the framework of a business framework contract, the printing production of 5 types of publications (18 different publications, 1 type of leaflet, 1 type of pollinator, 1 type of bookmark, 1 type of business card) up to a net amount of 17.000.000 HUF. With regard to the amount specified above, the Contracting Authority states that it undertakes to draw down only 70 % of the amount, and the remaining amount is entitled, at its option, to draw down, either in whole or in part, or in several parts, during the term of the contract, but is not obliged to do so. The service also includes transport to the location. Delivery address: Herman Ottó Institute Nonprofit Ltd. (1223 Budapest Park utca 2.) Monday to Thursday from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., Friday from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. The detailed definition and quantity of the services to be procured are set out in the detailed technical specifications and unpriced budget included in the Public Procurement Documents.
