Description

1. The subject of the contract is the supply of various types of special vehicles for the needs of the State Fire Service according to the division specified in point. 6.3 SWZ. 2. The subject-matter of the contract must be performed to the extent and in accordance with the requirements set out in the FTZ, in particular in Annexes 1 A to C thereto entitled: ‘Description of the subject-matter of the contract’ (hereinafter also referred to as ‘OPZ’) and in accordance with the applicable rules. Detailed requirements for the performance of the contract are also set out in Annex 7 to the FTZ: ‘Proposed provisions of the Agreement’ (hereinafter also referred to as the ‘PPU’).
